Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
- Evaluate and analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Work closely with business users to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
- Work with solution architects and developers to design effective IT solutions that meet business requirements.
- Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications and system design documents.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with existing systems.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver user training programs to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing issues and ensuring a positive user experience.
- Analyze data to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Work with business intelligence tools to create reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department and across the organization.
- Prior experience in a software development role
- Proven knowledge of SQL querying and Java scripting
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, business analysis, and project management.
- Familiarity with industry best practices, compliance standards, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
